Sign Up for Happy Trails Camp
Happy Trails for Kids summer camp is for children ages seven to twelve who have open cases in the Los Angeles County foster care system. Exceptions are made only for previous campers, who are all welcome to attend after age 12. Our 7-day sleepover camp is located in Idyllwild and is loaded with trained counselors, exciting activities, new experiences, and friendships to last a lifetime. Happy Trails for Kids provides transportation to and from a central Los Angeles location, as well as meals and camp accessories (sleeping bags, toiletries, etc) if needed. Thanks to many generous donations, camp is free! You must make a $50 deposit - however, as long as your camper attends camp or cancels registration by the deadline, this deposit will be fully refunded after camp!

For 2012, Happy Trails Camp will once again take place over two sessions:
Sesson One is from Sunday, July 15 to Saturday, July 21
Sesson Two is from Sunday, July 22 to Saturday, July 28
The priority registration deadline for returning campers is Friday, June 1, 2012
The registration deadline for new campers is Friday, June 8, 2012
Registration is on a first come, first served basis depending on availability in cabins. You are not enrolled in summer camp until you recieve a confirmation packet. Confirmation packets will be mailed on June 15, 2012.
Camp enrollment requires completed registration forms, including Camper Health History and all required signatures, as well as a fully refundable $50 deposit. As long as your camper attends camp or cancels registration by the deadline, this deposit will be refunded in full after camp. The deadline to cancel registration with a full refund is Friday, July 6, 2012.
