Dr. Deanna Cooke is a Community Psychologist with more than 20 years of experience leading collaborative research and social justice initiatives. At Loyola Marymount University, she directs engaged learning programs that connect students to community impact work. Previously, she led research at Georgetown Universityβs Center for Social Justice and worked in civil rights and social policy organizations. She holds a B.A. from Stanford University and both an M.A. and Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Maryland, College Park.
