Jonathan AbramsChairman

Jon is co-founder and partner of Abrams Brown LLP. He previously served as an executive officer and General Counsel at two publicly traded real estate companies, Maguire Properties and Rexford Industrial, and began his legal career with Latham & Watkins LLP. He has also handled significant pro bono matters in partnership with Public Counsel and Bet Tzedek, including adoption hearings, eviction cases, and asylum proceedings. Jon earned his B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and his J.D. from Harvard Law School.
