Lindsay Elliott, JD, MSWBoard Member & Executive Director

Lindsay has been a passionate advocate for youth in foster care throughout her career. Before joining Happy Trails as Executive Director, she spent over a decade at the Children’s Law Center of California, where she shaped laws, policies, and coalitions that better support young adults transitioning out of foster care. Lindsay earned her B.A., M.S.W., and J.D. from Florida State University.
