Mark is Vice President of Real Estate Legal Affairs at Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc., a publicly traded real estate investment trust serving the life science and technology sectors. His career has included positions at Skar Kirsh LLP, Ballard Spahr LLP, Conroy Commercial, Inc., and MPG Office Trust, Inc. Before entering law and business, Mark worked six years in the nonprofit sector at UC Berkeley, overseeing more than 1,000 student-athletes across 28 sports clubs. He holds a B.A. in Legal Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, a J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, and an MBA from the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis.
