On Saturday, March 5, 2016, The Junior League of Los Angeles and its Done In a Day committee hosted a workshop for 40 Happy Trails campers at the University of Southern California. The youth and Members of JLLA worked together to create jerseys to wear to the USC v. Arizona basketball game, played motivational games and sang camp songs. JLLA taught the campers the USC fight song and the kids taught the Junior Leaguers several of their Repeat After Me songs.  The campers took a tour of campus, heard from Trojan Guardian Scholars and then ended their day attending the basketball game. The Trojans lost the game, but the kids won with a great experience of being on campus and hearing more about how to reach their educational and personal goals. Thanks USC, Junior League of Los Angeles and Trojan Guardian Scholars for making our March reunion event a great learning experience.
